2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in SEK (Swedish Krona) and include VAT.

Payment is made through the methods available at checkout, such as card payment or Klarna.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Worldwide shipping is available
• Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size and weight
• You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched

I am responsible for ensuring your order is delivered. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please reach out and I’ll help you resolve it.

4. Digital Products & Courses

Access to digital products, such as online courses and crochet patterns, is delivered via email after purchase.

By purchasing a digital product, you agree that delivery begins immediately and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived.

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with Swedish law.

Items must be returned in their original condition and securely packaged.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made items, digital products, or downloadable content.

6. Complaints

You have the right to file a complaint regarding a product for up to three years under Swedish consumer law.

If there is any issue with your item (for example, damage during shipping), please contact me as soon as possible. I always want you to be happy with your purchase and will do my best to find a solution.

When you place an order, your information is stored in order to process and fulfill your purchase.
